If you are hosting an event Jenny’s has many years of experience in making the day a success. We’ve been busy catering for events for over 30 years all around the Shropshire & surrounding counties, so if there’s a venue you have chosen, we have most likely catered for an event there and will know how the space and facilities can be used to their best effect.
Along with the venue, you will need an idea of numbers and the style of function you are planning - talk to us about your plans and we’ll be delighted to advise a menu to suit your event and a possible budget along with table settings, decorations and serving staff required. Just remember scale is no problem, from a private light lunch to a wedding for 200 or a charity event for a thousand guests we can help & are always striving to keep our service personal and helpful.
Every event is different and, whilst outstanding food is obviously the focal point of what we’re all about, the service we wrap around every dish makes the Jenny’s experience a little bit special. Whether it’s your first catered function or your tenth, Jenny’s will take care of the details and will always have the answers to what your function needs to be a success! We’ve organised everything from a dinner party for ten, to a gala event with thousands of diners. We’re always on hand to provide guidance. When you’ve catered for as many events as Jenny’s – we know what works! From creating menus, to how much food you’ll need for five, fifty or a thousand and the best use of space / where to position guests and serving tables, the best spot for a bar and how many serving staff you’ll need and so on. There’s a lot to think about and plan but don’t worry, we’ll make it all seem simple!
At Jenny’s we provide the food and service and can organise everything from place settings, to drinks service for an entire function for all occasions – Dinner Parties, Weddings, Funerals, Corporate Functions to Grand Summer Balls.
For corporate clients we’ll work with your resources and create a plan that matches your requirements from a light lunch for business colleagues in a shareholder meeting or on a sales team-training day, a product launch or open day with drinks and canapés, location catering for an outside broadcast or fine dining for an awards ceremony. You set the requirement and the budget, Jenny’s will come up with a tasty and memorable solution. We’ve catered for civic functions and commercial events throughout Shropshire and can provide quality catering & service required at your premises or at special venues. We understand the needs of corporate clients and add our calm and fuss-free organisational skills to take the stress out of planning and running the catering for your events.
For private clients it is often a special occasion – a wedding, anniversary or party and great food and service make these milestone events even more memorable. Presentation is always important and Jenny’s is delighted to work to bring your ideas to life through menus and place settings, indeed we are able to organise as much or as little as you wish. From an elegant finger buffet and china, right up to a fully decorated air conditioned marquee with dance floor, bar and silver service fine dining with a fireworks finale! Whatever your function, you can be confident that Jenny’s will provide a first class experience.
